Emma Dawson: Nutional Therapist
Tuesdays 16:30-20:30 and by appointment
Hi, my name is Emma and I run Nutritional Balance, a Nutritional Therapy service based here in the Southville Clinic Bristol.
I am passionate about the powerful and nurturing effects of food.
Good nutrition offers each one of us the opportunity for strength, energy, vitality and repair.
Find out how you can embrace this amazing opportunity and discover the right nutrition for your unique needs, lifestyle and taste, so you look and feel great.
Energy, Vitality and Balance
I specialise in hormonal balance, emotional and brain health. If you would like nutritional support for more energy, lasting weight loss, shifting tummy fat, low mood, balancing blood sugar levels, male or female hormonal issues or irritable bowel syndrome type symptoms, I would like to help.
In Depth Work
I assess your individual needs and recommend your own personalised nutrition and lifestyle programme rather than a ‘one size fits all’ approach. Using a wide range of tools, I assess and identify potential nutritional imbalances to understand how these may contribute to your symptoms and health concerns.
A vital part of my work is supporting you to make lasting changes to your food, utilising an approach which is practical, respectful and thoughtful.
Prices and Packages
My current prices and packages are listed here: https://www.nutritionalbalance.co.uk/consultations/
Please contact me now to find out more, and to book your complimentary discovery phone call so we can start your nutrition journey.
Brain Health Programme
After excellent feedback from delivering previous programmes I am excited to be bringing the Brain Health Programme to The Southville Clinic.
This is a 6 week nutrition and lifestyle course designed to provide you with knowledge and practical tools to optimise your wellbeing, memory and mood. Alternatively I offer an Online Brain Health Programme including two individual Nutritional Therapy consultations at the Southville Clinic.

“Emma has encouraged me to try new foods, helped to control my cholesterol, blood sugar and improve my sleep patterns. Emma is a very good listener and really cares about getting the best for her clients, so I would recommend her to anyone who wants to be more healthy and think about their nutrition”.
“If I were the hugging type I would give Emma a big hug to thank her for helping me to be free of something that has plagued my life for so long.”
