Katie Green: Counselling
I can offer you a warm, empathic, safe place where you can feel comfortable to talk to me about anything, whether it is your current situation that is troubling you or something that happened to you in your past.
Maybe you are struggling with painful emotions or issues that feel overwhelming; or perhaps you are feeling stuck and are struggling to see a way forward? Together we will explore your thoughts and feelings about issues and relationships at a pace that you feel comfortable with, giving you the space to develop insight, increase self-esteem and a sense of well-being. I offer both short and longer term counselling and I have experience of bereavement counselling, working with addiction, depression, anxiety and self-esteem. I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
