Appointments available most days

Hello, my name is Sarah Cunliffe and I am an Emotional Therapeutic Counsellor.

Problems?

Persistently unhappy?  Angry?  Suffering with depression?  Low self esteem?  Confused?  Anxious all the time?  Ill health?  Eating disorder?  Family problems?  Bereaved?  Experiencing abuse?  Relationship gone wrong?  Can't cope?  Emotional therapy may be able to help.

So what is Emotional Therapeutic Counselling?

Emotional Therapeutic Counselling is an interactive, creative, talking therapy for people who are suffering emotional turmoil in their lives, whether brought about by crisis, a long term situation, persistent unhappiness, depression, apathy or difficulties in relating to others.  Emotional Therapeutic Counselling holds the belief that emotional wellbeing is a key to a happy, fulfilling life.

How can Emotional Therapeutic Counselling help?

A key aspect of Emotional Therapeutic Counselling is the range of techniques and creative tools that can be used to assist you to both recognise and release painful feelings in an appropriate manner, by working with your emotions rather than your mind.

The therapy goes at your pace and the number of sessions will vary according to your needs.  Emotional Therapeutic Counsellors are trained to a very high standard and subscribe to a Code of Conduct which provides commitment to ongoing training and supervision.

If you feel you might benefit from Emotional Therapeutic Counselling and want to know more about it then feel free to contact me.
