Emma Pye: Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist, Eye Movement Desensitisation Practitioner and Couples Therapist for Depression
Emma has had over 14 years’ experience of working in Mental Health in both the private sector and the NHS. Emma is a fully accredited practitioner with the British Association of Cognitive and Behavioural Psychotherapy (BABCP) and trained to deliver Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR). Emma is also trained in Couples Therapy for Depression a systemic and behavioural model. Emma works with both adults and adolescents.
Emma can provide therapy for a range of problems, such as Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Social Anxiety, Health Anxiety, Phobias, Depression, Post or Peri Natal Anxiety/Depression, Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Eating Disorders, Panic Disorder and Low Self-Esteem among others.
Emma can also provide CBT clinical supervision for trainee therapists and accredited practitioners.
