Sarah Appleton has over 10 years' experience working in Health and Social Care and with parents in Children's Centres in Bristol. She has a special interest in early parenting matters but offers counselling for all. She is available on a Thursday. For further information please click here.

our emotions; between the physical and the psychological, having worked as a movement
psychotherapist (MA) before training as a psychodynamic psychotherapist. He has a wide
